In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), users are informed of the following aspects related to the processing of their personal data.

The personal data provided by users will be processed by Clinicaudio SL for the following purposes:
● Manage the healthcare and clinical relationship with patients.
● Respond to inquiries, requests, or requests for information.
● Manage appointments, hearing tests, services, and quotes.
● Send informational or commercial communications related to Clinicaudio’s services, when there is a legal basis for doing so.
● Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and only for the purposes for which it was collected.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing the data is:

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the legally established periods according to the applicable health, tax or commercial regulations.

Clinicaudio SL will not transfer personal data to third parties except:

SECURITY MEASURES
Clinicaudio SL adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.
MODIFICATIONS
Clinicaudio SL reserves the right to modify this notice to adapt it to regulatory changes or criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The updated version will always be available on the website.
