Hearing aid grants in 2026: PUA and Social Security
Yes. There are two main routes, and they depend on your age, your degree of disability and where you live.
- PUA grant 2026 (Catalonia). This is a Generalitat benefit for people with a recognised disability of 33% or more and an income below the call’s limit. In previous calls it has covered up to €1,400 for one hearing aid and €2,800 for two. It opens once a year and uses a points system, so it helps to have your hearing test ready.
